We are looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients through multiple communication channels, providing a high level of service and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via calls, emails, texts, and web chat
• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Provide clear pre- and post-appointment instructions
• Support clinic operations by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
• Manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
