[Hiring] Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Front Desk @Resolv.Global

Role Description

We are currently hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the Forte project. This role will support a U.S.-based general practice doctor’s office, serving as the virtual front desk for the practice. We are seeking professional, sharp, and well-spoken candidates with strong English communication skills and a neutral or limited accent. Candidates must have their own device and be available to start as soon as approved.

Schedule

• Operating Hours (PST): Monday through Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST
• Representatives work 9.6-hour shifts
• Includes two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break
• Two days off are provided during the week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Manage emails and patient communications
• Schedule appointments and complete administrative tasks
• Conduct outreach for appointment confirmations and follow-ups
• Support additional client-requested activities as needed
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused experience at all times

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency with limited accent
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Experience (CX) experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system is a strong plus
