Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service professional to ensure a safe, engaging, and welcoming online environment for our global user community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, high emotional resilience, and the ability to evaluate user-generated content against platform community guidelines with speed and accuracy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates.
• Having knowledge of data processing policies within the platform.
• Ensuring that interactions made by platform users do not exceed the standards of respect and privacy.
• Be alert to any type of explicit content that violates the regulations in order to report it appropriately.
• Be aware of the due process of investigation before reporting violations.

Qualifications

• B2 English level.
• Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
• Analytical skills.
• Typing and writing skills.

Requirements

• 40 hours per week.
