Role Description

We are looking for Bilingual Solutions Specialists (English/French) to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our customers across Canada and the U.S. If you’re a natural problem solver who enjoys helping people, stays calm when things don’t go as planned, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll be the person customers count on when they need help. You will:

• Support customers in English and French with empathy and confidence
• Coordinate roadside assistance, including towing, tire changes, fuel delivery, etc.
• Listen, solve problems, and find solutions for each situation
• Deliver a positive customer experience while balancing quality and efficiency
• Learn new programs, build your skills, and contribute to continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Strong bilingual communication in both English & French and listening skills
• Calm, empathetic approach to helping people
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, contact centre or related experience is an asset
