Role Description

Our client is a nationally recognized immigration attorney based in New York City with 10+ years of experience and a reputation as one of the best in the field. He serves clients throughout the United States - a large portion of whom are Spanish-speaking from Latin America. He is looking for a reliable, bilingual admin assistant to join him part-time and serve as a language bridge during client consultations, while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Join client consultations and calls to provide real-time English/Spanish translation support
• Handle basic administrative tasks: data entry, filling out forms, preparing invoices
• Support calendar and schedule coordination
• Work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Perfect English and Spanish — written and spoken. This is the #1 requirement, non-negotiable
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
• Strong reliability and communication discipline
• Comfort working with confidential and sensitive client data
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Prior remote work experience
