Role Description

AO | Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Benefits Enrollment Specialists. In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options, answer questions, and guide clients through the enrollment process. No previous insurance experience is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have access to a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
