Role Description

There is no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting. The members you’ll speak with have already expressed interest and requested information. Your role is to connect with them, understand their needs, answer their questions, and guide them through the process in a professional and easy-to-understand way.

A typical day combines client communication, appointment coordination, and benefit education. You’ll manage your scheduled appointments while providing each member with a helpful and personalized experience.

• Connect with members who have requested information
• Schedule, organize, and confirm virtual appointments
• Conduct consultations by phone or video conference
• Ask questions to better understand individual needs and priorities
• Clearly explain available programs and benefit options
• Answer questions and provide professional guidance
• Assist members with digital applications, forms, and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes
• Complete follow-ups and provide continued assistance
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Enjoy interacting with and helping people
• Professional, approachable, and service-oriented
• Manage time and responsibilities effectively
• Comfortable using email, video conferencing, and online systems
• Stay focused and productive while working independently
• Take initiative and consistently follow through
• Receptive to coaching and feedback
• Desire to continue developing professionally
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, administration, or sales can be helpful, but it is not required.
