Role Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an AU RTO Student Experience Officer to support one of our Australian clients across student administration and post-sale student support.

• Manage a varied workload covering student extensions, expired-student administration, complaints, cancellations, refunds, retention activities, and incoming calls.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Australian team.
• Bring order to a busy workload without losing the human touch.

Qualifications

• Experience using aXcelerate .
• Experience handling student enquiries by phone.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing complaints or issues.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently once processes are understood.
• Ability to handle sensitive or challenging conversations professionally.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.

Requirements

• Experience in an Australian education or Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment.
• Previous experience in student administration or student support.
• Experience with student lifecycle management.
• Experience processing cancellations and refunds.
• Experience supporting retention activities.
• Experience with HubSpot .
• Experience with Front CRM .
• Experience with WooCommerce .
• Experience with Google Workspace .
• Previous call handling, reception, or front-desk support experience.
