Role Description

This role involves supporting the loan processing team by ensuring home loan applications are prepared, packaged, and submitted smoothly. It’s admin-heavy, highly process-driven, and critical to the success of every loan application.

• Reprice loans and order valuations
• Rename and validate supporting documents
• Use lender checklists to confirm document completeness
• Advise clients (via the internal team) on outstanding requirements
• Enter accurate data into Quickli
• Prepare lender documentation and Apply Online submissions
• Send out credit guides and compliance documents

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of Australian mortgage processing experience
• Background in finance, real estate, or lending is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using software platforms and CRMs
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Comfortable with structured, repeatable tasks
