CMT is seeking candidates who will be responsible for monitoring pricing parameters and involve audit operation where he/she are desired to identify products through continuous audit. The successful candidate should have the ability to work at all levels with an eye for detail to achieve process goals, actively seek to understand Amazon’s core values and translate those into everyday practices. Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasked dynamic team environment.

• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities.
• Audit operations teams' & system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements.
• Identify emerging process performance trends.
• Audit, track and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes.
• Interact with the business, automation & technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Min. N4 and above certification in Japanese Language
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
