Role Description

ELEKS is looking for an Associate Customer Engagement Manager in Ukraine.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Sales Support, Account Management, or another relevant client-facing role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience preparing presentations, proposals, reports, or other customer-facing materials
• Ability to structure and communicate information clearly
• Proactive and collaborative approach to work
• Ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken

Requirements

• Experience in an IT services or software development company
• Previous exposure to RFI/RFP or proposal preparation
• Understanding of software development and delivery processes
• Experience working with international customers
• Experience with SharePoint or other knowledge management tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, content preparation, or productivity

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Engagement Managers throughout the pre-sales process
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of information required for customer-facing materials
• Prepare and contribute to RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales materials
• Collaborate with Business Development, Delivery teams, and subject matter experts to gather relevant business and technical information
• Support the preparation and maintenance of customer references and case studies
• Maintain and continuously improve the SharePoint-based pre-sales knowledge repository
• Ensure that customer-facing materials are accurate, structured, consistent, and delivered on time
• Support multiple pre-sales engagements across different regions and business domains
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal pre-sales processes and practices
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve the quality and efficiency of pre-sales activities
