Role Description

As an Associate Client Success Manager (B2B SaaS), you will have an immense impact on our industry-leading Customer Success Team. This role is an unprecedented opportunity to contribute to our customer base through:

• Providing training and support to clients after Go Live.
• Building strong relationships with clients as a strategic partner.
• Ensuring clients are using the product optimally.
• Creating value-add relationships with clients.
• Assisting in the onboarding process of new clients.
• Working with the support team to address escalated tickets.
• Leading question/answer webinars with clinical management and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Strong technical skills operating various software platforms.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Passion for understanding and learning software.
• Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist.
• Experience with EMR Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a live setting with various software.
• Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepared to grow quickly into the role and take on greater responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must have experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Very strong technical skills operating various software platforms.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Understanding and learning software must be a passion.
• Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist.
• Experience with EMR Systems.
• Possess strong written and verbal skills.
