Role Description

Under general direction of the Marketing Manager, the Confirmations Coordinator makes outbound as well as received inbound telephone calls from a list provided by the company based on reservations set by the Marketing Teams. The Confirmer solidifies the reservation as well as maintains quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
