[Hiring] Afternoon/Evening Inbound Sales Agent @1-800-GOT-JUNK?

Role Description

Are you a passionate, friendly, customer-focused person who wants to expand your skills in sales? If the answer is “yes” then we want YOU to join our team and help us WOW our customers. As the voice of our company, you are our customer's first point of contact and the person who will help them take their first step in making their junk disappear.

• Late Shift: Ideal for night owls or those who enjoy quiet working hours.
• Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute.
• Earn $16.50 hourly plus commission, average $200-800 a month.

A Day in the Life:

• Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for our Australian customers.
• You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role.
• Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger.
• Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing.
• All new agents must be available to start on April 24th.
• You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training, so you are set up for success.
• After the 3-week training, each agent joins a team led by a dedicated Team Lead who’s there to support your development and help you continue learning and growing.

Qualifications

• You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Alberta.
• Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday MST.
• Following training, availability to work between 1 PM and 3 AM, Monday - Sunday MST.
• A very friendly telephone mannerism, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm).
• A quiet space at home, a quick & reliable internet connection, and a good personal computer with 8GB memory.
• A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required.
• Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
