Role Description

As a Remote Advisor, you will:

• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

• Provide continued support when needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Gathering information to determine client needs.
• Researching and comparing available options.
• Preparing recommendations.
• Assisting with reservations.
• Maintaining accurate client information.
• Following up with clients before and after services are completed.

No previous industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the systems and processes needed to get started.
