Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer success, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with Apricot software preferred
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Reporting
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL queries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with technical agility and creativity
• Strong interest in technology and ability to resolve technical challenges independently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Confluence, Monday.com, and Salesforce/Certinia

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with Tableau
• Technical experience in system administration, software implementation, technical specification development, or consulting
• Knowledge of report development, business operations, applied statistics, and program evaluation
• Experience with nonprofit organizations or nonprofit operations
