[Hiring] Account Specialist @GSP Marketing Technologies

Role Description

Account Specialists collaborate with Sales to support and execute customers' signage needs. Responsibilities include:

• Processing monthly and special orders
• Database maintenance
• Order accuracy/verification
• Proofreading
• Billing and invoicing
• Coordination of art and graphic designs

A highly customer-focused position, incumbents will work either at GSP offices and/or at home providing our customers with desired results, ensuring quality in both service and product. Incumbent performs functions with a high degree of independence.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Ability and desire to balance hands-on order entry and database management with strong customer service
• Demonstrated ability to deal courteously and professionally with diverse customers and internal customers such as creative and production departments
• Advanced ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
• Knowledge and ability to proofread copy and data
• Proficiency with PCs, including knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), maintaining databases, generating information, and tracking status using proprietary software
• Ability to create and place detailed orders
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients
• Ability to contribute to building a strong and positive team spirit as well as align with GSP values

Requirements

• Provide local GSP customer service for clients
• Maintain a database of signage and pricing to quote and prepare orders
• Create, input, and process detailed orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stores
• Prepare invoices for payment
• Process store calls
• Monitor print schedules for specific customers
• Work with finished goods to process customer orders
• Provide administrative support to Regional Manager and Account Managers as necessary
• Process reships, reworks, and order corrections
