Position Title: 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative

Location: Remote Texas

Hourly Rate: $14.00

Shifts will primarily start after 2pm CST and many also include weekends. (Examples Include: 2:00pm-10:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm)

What Will Your Job Look Like?

• The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health.
• The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative’s skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Texas
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps). Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is prohibited
• A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind
