Role Description

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting service quality by:

• Preparing reports
• Assisting with audits
• Taking accurate minutes during governance meetings
• Triaging incidents and complaints
• Managing patient notes requests in line with data protection standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications
