Role Description

The GRC Analyst supports client engagements designed to help organizations strengthen governance, risk management, compliance, and information security programs. This role participates in a variety of client projects involving:

• Risk assessments
• Control evaluations
• Compliance initiatives
• Process reviews
• Other advisory services

The GRC Analyst works closely with team members and engagement leadership to:

• Assess risks
• Evaluate controls
• Review documentation
• Identify improvement opportunities
• Support clients in achieving their governance, risk, and compliance objectives

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and interested in developing expertise across governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, and business processes. This role provides broad exposure to multiple service offerings, industries, and regulatory environments while building a foundation for progression into more advanced GRC advisory and consulting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or audit concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize information and document work clearly and accurately
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional curiosity and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information technology, risk management, compliance, audit, consulting, accounting, or a related discipline
