[Hiring] Export/Import Compliance Analyst @HEPCO

Role Description

HEPCO is seeking an Export/Import Compliance Analyst to support our client’s Global Trade team. This role focuses on export and import authorizations, regulatory document review, and accurate tracking of compliance matters.

• Prepare, submit, and administer required export and import authorizations.
• Coordinate export and import activities in accordance with company policy and U.S. government regulations.
• Review documents for compliance with U.S. export and import requirements.
• Maintain investigation files and track noncompliance matters, ad hoc compliance requests, and disclosures.
• Support other Global Trade projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Experience managing legal or compliance tasks, files, deadlines, and records.
• Ability to create and maintain effective tracking tools.
• Project management experience related to legal matters, audits, assessments, or investigations.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines while working independently and with a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of college credits and work experience.
• Preferred: Experience drafting ITAR and EAR licenses or using OCR’s EASE global trade management software.
