[Hiring] Compliance Manager @Foundever®

Role Description

This is a hands-on compliance manager role sitting inside our North America compliance function. You will own real workstreams:

• Write reports
• Maintain trackers
• Run monitoring
• Manage licenses
• Flag gaps yourself

You will work directly with operations, legal, and client teams to ensure our regulated service lines stay clean and compliant. This is not a role where you will build strategy decks and present to committees; you will roll up your sleeves and own your domains from end to end.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of compliance experience as your primary job function
• Industry background from gaming, iGaming, insurance, BPO, contact center, outsourcing, or dialer/telemarketing operations
• Hands-on working knowledge of at least two of the four core domains: TCPA, AML/KYC, ABAC, or third-party licensing
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Must live within 60 miles of Fayetteville, NC or Las Vegas, NV
• Experience in dialer compliance, AML & KYC, anti-bribery & anti-corruption, and third-party licensing
• Ability to run controls testing, document findings, and prepare compliance reports
