Role Description

As an AML Sanctions Advisor within PNC's Financial Intelligence Unit Operations organization, you may be based in a remote location. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to support a fast-paced AML and Financial Crimes organization. This role is responsible for:

• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing operational reporting, performance metrics, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Supporting management decision-making and regulatory reporting needs.
• Translating data into actionable insights for business partners and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes or financial crimes operations (preferred).
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools (highly desirable).
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and collectively as a team.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• University/college degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
