Role Description

As the Senior Project Communication Manager within Stryker’s Employee Communications team you will help build and maintain the connections behind enterprise employee communications, platforms and content workflows.

• Connect people, platforms, and processes for content delivery with clarity, coordination, and impact.
• Support communication intake, planning, execution, and governance.
• Partner across Employee Communications, business stakeholders, and channel owners.
• Strengthen enterprise communications through project coordination, systems expertise, and continuous improvement.
• Support the setup, adoption, optimization, and governance of communications planning tools and content management systems.
• Manage communication project plans, timelines, priorities, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication initiatives across team members, subject matter experts, designers, vendors, and business partners.
• Support planning and execution of enterprise-wide and function-specific communications.
• Develop and maintain communication materials, templates, intake processes, and governance documentation.
• Gather and analyze communication metrics, employee feedback, and channel performance data.
• Champion a consistent employee experience across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of work experience

Requirements

• 1+ years of project or program coordination experience, preferably in a communications, marketing, or corporate environment.
• 2+ years experience in internal communications, corporate communications, project or program coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Experience using and leading the rollout and adoption of work management platforms and enterprise planning tools.
• Experience gathering basic metrics and feedback, compiling reporting, and sharing insights.
• Experience creating, training, and maintaining resource documents and playbooks.

• Puerto Rico: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
• USN: $95,700 - $159,500 USD Annual
• US5: $100,500 - $167,500 USD Annual
• US10: $105,300 - $175,500 USD Annual
• US15: $110,100 - $183,400 USD Annual
• US20: $114,800 - $191,400 USD Annual
• US30: $124,400 - $207,400 USD Annual
• Travel Percentage: 10%
