Role Description

The Internal Communication Analyst ensures employees have accurate, timely, and accessible information by maintaining the People Department SharePoint/intranet, keeping the company’s organizational charts up to date, drafting company-wide announcements, and developing policies and SOPs for every department in partnership with department heads.

With a strong data and automation profile, the analyst also identifies opportunities to streamline recurring communications and organizational change processes. This role requires exceptional written and verbal English skills, as the analyst will communicate with employees, managers, and leadership across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in internal communications, HR operations, or business operations, with a strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles is preferred.

Requirements

• Power BI skills, including building and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, data cleaning, and structuring data for reporting.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate or comparable automation tools.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites, including content organization, document libraries, and access permissions.
• Experience using Power Query to clean and transform data for reporting is a plus.
• Graphic design skills, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create visually engaging communications, are a plus.
