Role Description

Position: Executive Communicator

Type: Contract

Compensation: $70–$75/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 25 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review paired AI-generated executive communications such as CEO memos and all-hands updates.
• Judge the tone for a workplace audience and assess if it addresses what a busy reader needs.
• Select a preferred sample, write a concise reason, and apply relevant tags.
• Ensure all work clears the calibration gate before being used in live data.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing communication quality.

Qualifications

• Experience writing CEO memos, all-hands updates, or speeches at a Fortune 500 company.
• Ability to judge tone well for an executive audience.
• Understanding of what a busy reader needs in the first two lines.

Requirements

• Hourly contractor.
