Role Description

Imagine360 is seeking a Communications and Engagement Specialist to join the team! The Communications & Engagement Specialist manages custom member education campaigns for Upland's growing base of clients. Responsibilities include:

• HR & broker education: Work with clients, brokers, and human resource leaders to deliver communications that educate, inform, and engage target audiences. Manage content development, presentations, webinars, and other outreach activities.
• Member communications strategy: Develop custom communication strategies for each client based on industry, demographics, and preferences. Oversee audience segmentation, design, campaign creation, testing, deployment, and performance tracking across channels, including print and email.
• Vendor coordination: Coordinate with external vendor partners to develop, order, and distribute materials, including print materials such as postcards and wallet cards. Manage timelines, audience segmentation, distribution, branding, and campaign measurement.
• Inquiry management & engagement support: Monitor and respond to inquiries through digital and other communication channels. Connect individuals with the appropriate internal specialist for further case support.
• Digital engagement: Develop and test new approaches to audience engagement, including email, online forms, QR codes, video, digital content, and other interactive tools. Use analytics and attribution data to evaluate channel, brand, product, and campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase inquiries and improve engagement.
• Ongoing education & communications campaigns: Set up systems to deliver recurring education and engagement campaigns across print, digital, and other channels. Build scalable, repeatable processes that support consistent communications throughout the health plan year.
• Content development & brand segmentation: Manage content creation across multiple brands to ensure communications are clear, relevant, accessible, and aligned with organizational messaging and brand standards.
• Reporting & continuous improvement: Track campaign activity, engagement metrics, and audience response to evaluate effectiveness. Use insights and feedback to refine communications strategies, improve engagement, and inform future campaigns.
• Other client support: Provide cross-functional support for projects and initiatives as needed, including implementation activities, reporting, data coordination, invoicing, vendor support, and other operational tasks that support the member and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, content design, or e-commerce role (or combination of work and education experience).
