Role Description

As the Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director - Talent, Operations & Finance, you will develop and implement communications initiatives that keep leaders and employees aligned, informed, and engaged around key people, operational, and business priorities.

• Lead communications supporting Talent, Operations, and Finance initiatives.
• Translate established business objectives into clear, consistent messaging.
• Ensure communications are coordinated and delivered with clarity and impact.
• Navigating complexity and creating coherence across the communications ecosystem.

• Strong executive and internal communications experience.
• Ability to translate complex business, operational, and people-related topics into clear and actionable communications.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfort working directly with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• High discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8-10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change, or corporate communications.

• Base salary range for this job varies by location:
• New York City, Boston, Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, Southern California offices: $154,300 to $277,700
• Bay Area California offices: $160,700 to $289,300
• All other US office locations, including Sacramento: $128,600 to $254,600
• Medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
