Role Description

Omega Healthcare is seeking a senior, highly networked leader to drive strategic influence and partnership development across leading healthcare advisory and consulting firms such as FTI Consulting, Healthfuse, ECG, Guidehouse, Riveron, Alvarez & Marsal, Kaufman Hall, Huron, and Chartis. • Build and own senior-level relationships across target advisory firms (partners, principals, engagement leaders)
    • Map key accounts within each firm (practice areas, client segments, geographies)
    • Position Omega Healthcare solutions in the Provider, Healthsystems, Independent Providers, and Payers as complementary to advisory offerings and the market needs
  • Opportunity Origination & Influence
    • Identify and influence early-stage client engagements where Omega can add value
    • Ensure Omega is proactively introduced into deals (vs. reacting to RFPs)
    • Partner with advisory firms to co-create solutions and proposals
    • Shape deal structures, positioning, and value narratives to improve win rates
  • Revenue Enablement & Selling Integration
    • Work closely with Omega’s sales and account teams to align on target accounts and pursuits
    • Coordinate joint pursuit strategies
    • Support deal execution and conversion
    • Act as a bridge between advisory firms and Omega’s selling engine
  • Strategic Positioning & Thought Leadership
    • Develop joint go-to-market themes
    • Represent Omega in partner-led forums, roundtables, and executive discussions
    • Enable advisory partners with relevant content, case studies, and capabilities
  • Ecosystem Intelligence
    • Track advisory firm strategies, client priorities, and emerging deal pipelines
    • Identify whitespace opportunities and competitive dynamics
    • Provide feedback to leadership on market positioning and partnership effectiveness

    • Frequency of Omega being introduced into client engagements

  • Proven experience building or scaling an indirect sales, alliance, advisor relations, or ecosystem partnership function with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Established relationships with healthcare sourcing advisors, consulting firms, technology partners, PE firms, or other market influencers involved in healthcare RCM and payer buying decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare outsourcing services, enterprise healthcare buying cycles, and consultative, relationship-led commercial models.
