[Hiring] Senior Partnerships Manager @Finom

Role Description

As our first (Senior) Partnerships Manager in Germany, you will build our partner ecosystem from the ground up - signing and scaling the partnerships that bring entrepreneurs and SMEs in Germany to Finom.

• Own the German market.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and professional fluent English (our working language) are compulsory.
• 3-5 years of work experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in Fintech, financial services or SMEs is a strong plus.
• A hunter's mindset: you enjoy opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and thrive owning a number.
• Strong commercial judgment - you can structure a partnership, negotiate terms, and prioritize based on impact.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a remote, fast-moving environment.
• Prior experience working in a Start Up / Scale Up environment is a must.

Requirements

• Nice to have: Italian or French language skills.
