Role Description

At Seer, you'll take your digital marketing expertise and apply it to building (inbound) relationships with major brands, figuring out how we can help, and developing strategies to prove it.

Role Highlights

• Lead Qualification & Consultative Discovery:
  • Manage a pipeline of 600+ inbound leads annually.
  • Ask the right questions to quickly uncover the truth.
  • Run discovery calls with Fortune 500 marketing teams.
• Strategy & Pitch Development:
  • Collaborate with experts across SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, and Creative.
  • Lead pitch presentations for prospects up to the C-suite.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with legal guidance.
• Pipeline & Client Handoff:
  • Manage the process from first contact through client kick-off.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to account teams.
• Thought Leadership & Community:
  • Contribute to the Seer blog and speak at industry events.
  • Engage in professional communities to build Seer's brand.

Qualifications

• Depth of knowledge in digital marketing.
• Natural relationship builder with experience earning trust.
• Experience presenting strategy to senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable operating autonomously with a high-volume workload.
• Data-driven, using numbers to qualify and sharpen approach.
• Energized by the consultative side of client work.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience with AI tools for research, analysis, or strategy development.

Requirements

• Background in Client Engagement, Account Management, or client-facing strategy role.
• Experience in a digital agency environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Hands-on channel experience in more than one discipline (e.g., SEO + Paid, or Paid + Analytics).

Benefits

• OTE for this role is $120,000-150,000/year (base + bonus based on revenue attainment).
• Final offered compensation determined by skills and experience.
• Evaluation of compensation at least once a year.
