Role Description

The Senior Associate, Client Solutions plays a key role in advancing and driving new client acquisitions for ImpactAssets’ impact donor-advised fund, investment advisory, and broader impact investing platform. This position is essential in supporting our vision of broadening our client base among mission-aligned families, foundations, corporations, advisors, and other high-impact capital holders seeking to align capital with purpose. In this role, you will:

• Identify, qualify, engage, and advance high-value prospects into long-term relationships.
• Independently close select opportunities where appropriate.
• Triage and route inbound prospects to ensure strong starts for every relationship.
• Utilize investment fluency, strong follow-through, and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver integrated, client-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, investor relations, philanthropy advisory, or institutional sales within investment management, wealth advisory, private markets, philanthropy, or impact investing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience advancing new client acquisition efforts and managing prospects through a relationship-driven pipeline.
• Experience managing a pipeline and navigating multi-stakeholder philanthropic or investment decision processes.

Requirements

• Fluency with private markets and impact investment strategies across asset classes.
• Familiarity with impact investing, values-aligned investment strategies, DAFs, and philanthropic capital.
• Strong understanding of the impact investment landscape, including investment advisory services and client relationship dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools for business development effectiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with various stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong follow-through, sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to adapt and contribute across evolving team needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize competing demands.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in leveraging capital for social and environmental impact.
