[Hiring] Managing Partner / Head of US Operations @Rede Consulting Services

Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned business leader and builder to take full ownership of REDE’s US market. In this role, you will:

• Lead sales, marketing, client relations, financial compliance, and vendor management.
• Serve as the official representative of REDE across trade shows, industry forums, and high-level client engagements.
• Have complete operational autonomy and hold an equity stake in our success.

This is a true partner-level opportunity structured for high-upside financial rewards as the company achieves key growth milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience with a strong background in scaling operations, executive sales, and market expansion.
• Previous founder, co-founder, or P&L leader experience with a comfortable approach to building from the ground up.
• Deep industry connections with executive-level presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of business compliance, contract negotiation, and profit/loss management.
• Built or scaled a US-based consulting, IT services, or enterprise software business.
• Strong network in GRC, risk, compliance, or the ServiceNow/Databricks ecosystem (good to have).
• Ready to build without a guaranteed salary, in exchange for real ownership.

• Real equity in REDE US, LLC, earned as you hit growth milestones.
• Profit-sharing, plus interim compensation while the business ramps.
