Role Description

As a Managing Director, you will showcase your experience as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the life sciences industry. As a senior leader in the advisory team, the Managing Director achieves success by:

• Designing novel and innovative solutions for clients
• Securing profitable business through sourcing, selling, and leading projects
• Contributing to firm growth and development
• Setting business direction and strategy
• Providing thought leadership
• Enhancing the overall growth and scalability of the advisory business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences or business-related fields; Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, and/or MBA preferred
• 10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or strategy and change management specifically for Life Sciences
• A strong history of successfully selling, delivering and growing consulting revenues with a track record of sourced sales exceeding at least $3 million in the previous 2-3 years
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in Commercial Consulting

• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (demonstrated expertise in Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to manage work-life balance for oneself and mentor team accordingly
