[Hiring] Internship Placement Coordinator Intern @Absolute Internship S.L.

Role Description

Want to build commercial experience by doing it? As an Internship Placement Coordinator Intern, you'll find new companies, open conversations, progress opportunities, convert host partners and help place international students with the right employers. You'll work side by side with experienced Internship Placement Managers through the busiest months of the year, with real ownership and measurable impact.

Based in Stockholm or Copenhagen, you will support our Stockholm and Copenhagen programmes alongside our Internship Placement Managers, reporting to the Regional Placement Lead for North Europe.

• Most of your time goes on growth: researching markets, building lead lists, cold calling, running discovery calls and following up with promising companies.
• Support the placement cycle, from preparing students for interviews to confirming Internship Agreements.
• Your manager coaches you and approves key decisions, while you are expected to take ownership of your work and deliver tangible results.

Qualifications

• A master's student completing a required internship semester, or a recent graduate, in business or a related field.
• Business development or sales experience from an internship, part-time job or venture you started yourself.
• A track record of going after results: targets hit, partners won, events filled or projects you drove.
• Comfortable picking up the phone, writing sharp emails and opening conversations with people you don't know.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, or tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is a bonus.
• Available full-time for the six months from December 2026 to May 2027.
• Based in Stockholm or Copenhagen, with the right to work in Sweden or Denmark.
• Fluent English. Swedish or Danish is a plus.
