Role Description

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of successful consultative B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling healthcare, employee benefits, occupational health, wellness programs, HR solutions, or related services.
• An established professional network within the Southeastern United States, particularly among employee benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, employers, or healthcare industry partners.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business through existing relationships, referrals, and regional networking.
• Experience working with employers and executive-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation, organization, and effective time management.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Employer-sponsored healthcare.

• Population health or preventative care programs.
• Employee benefits consulting.
• Direct Primary Care (DPC) or advanced primary care.
• Established relationships within the regional employer and benefits consulting community.
• CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies.
