[Hiring] Head of Partnerships & Developer Relations @Boltz

Role Description

As Head of Partnerships & Developer Relations, you will own Boltz’s developer ecosystem strategy. This role sits at the intersection of business development and technical integration. You will:

• Build partnerships with software platforms, cloud providers, and frontier AI labs.
• Lead both revenue-generating integrations and strategic distribution partnerships.
• Shape how Boltz becomes a foundational layer across the bio + AI stack.

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships at a developer-tools, infrastructure, or platform company.
• Strong understanding of APIs, developer ecosystems, and technical integrations.
• Track record of structuring and closing partnership deals (commercial and/or strategic).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and external partners.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in AI/ML platforms or cloud ecosystems (nice to have).
• Familiarity with life sciences software (e.g. Benchling, Veeva, CDD Vault, Dotmatics) (nice to have).
• Scientific or technical background (nice to have).
• Experience at B2D companies like Stripe, Twilio, AWS, etc. (nice to have).
