[Hiring] Head of Market Expansion & Strategic Alliances @Quidax Technologies Ltd

Role Description

We are hiring a Head of Market Expansion & Strategic Alliances to unlock new markets, build institutional relationships, and create the structural advantages that enable Quidax to scale its B2B business. You’ll own where we expand, how we enter new markets, and the institutional ecosystem we need to operate successfully in those markets. This includes:

• Building relationships with regulators, banks, custodians, infrastructure providers, and other strategic ecosystem players.
• Making it possible for Sales to enter markets with stronger infrastructure.
• Helping Product build for real market needs.
• Enabling Compliance and Legal to execute expansion with confidence.

If you enjoy regulatory chess, ecosystem design, market strategy, and building institutional relationships that compound over time, this is your lane.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic partnerships, market expansion, policy, or ecosystem roles.
• Proven experience opening or enabling new markets.
• Experience working directly with regulators, banks, or heavily regulated industries.
• Background in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to unlock markets through partnerships (not selling alone).
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
• Systems thinker with a bias for durable leverage.

Requirements

• Open 3–5 new markets or corridors through licensing, banking, or strategic partnerships.
• Deliver 5–8 institutional alliances that materially increase Quidax’s ability to enter, operate or scale in priority markets.
• Establish credible relationships with regulators, banks, and infrastructure partners in priority markets.
• Build repeatable frameworks for market entry and strategic partnerships.
• Position Quidax as a trusted B2B infrastructure partner with top-tier institutions.
