Petra Growth Advisors are experienced business leaders who work alongside CEOs and leadership teams to improve strategy, leadership, execution, and results. We're looking for people who have been in the seat and want to use what they've learned to help other leaders grow.

You might be a Founder who built and exited a company, a CEO, President, or COO who led a significant business, or an experienced executive who has moved into coaching, consulting, or advisory work. The common thread is real operating experience and a genuine interest in helping other business leaders succeed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in meaningful senior leadership roles.
• Owned significant responsibility for strategy, people, financial performance, and business results.
• Led leaders, not just individual contributors.
• Operated a business at meaningful scale, ideally $10M+ in revenue.
• Earned the trust of a CEO, asked hard questions, and helped move a leadership team toward action.
• Enjoyed developing leaders and facilitating strategic conversations.
• Strong professional network and comfortable creating opportunities through relationships.
• Ready to make Petra your next professional chapter, not another side gig.
• Based in the U.S. with convenient access to a major airport.
• Experience as a solo coach, consultant, trainer, fractional executive, speaker, or advisor is valuable.

Requirements

• Build trusted relationships and leverage your network.
• Partner with Petra's Sales and Marketing team.
• Advise CEOs and leadership teams on strategy, growth, execution, organizational challenges, and leadership decisions.
• Coach and develop executives and emerging leaders around communication, accountability, delegation, feedback, conflict, decision making, and performance.
• Lead strategy meetings, planning sessions, leadership development, and ongoing advisory work.
• Travel approximately 40% of your time throughout the U.S.

Benefits

• This is a W2 role with benefits and a $75,000 annual draw against commissions while you build your book.
• Earning potential is uncapped, with a target path of approximately:
• Year 1: $150K
• Year 2: $250K
• Year 3: $400K+
