[Hiring] Global Partnerships Director @Global Media Outreach

Role Description

Explore God exists to share the gospel with everyone on earth multiple times, help people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and connect them to the Christian community. Through digital outreach, online discipleship, and strategic global partnerships, Explore God reaches seekers around the world with the hope of Jesus in ways that are biblically faithful, culturally relevant, and scalable.

The Global Partnerships Director helps advance this vision by developing and stewarding ministry partnerships around the world. This role will focus especially on partnerships that support language expansion, including organizations that can provide culturally relevant content, online missionaries, response capacity, local ministry insight, and discipleship support.

This position reports to the Vice President of Program and works closely with the Outreach Team, Discipleship Team, and organizational leadership. The role will begin as a hands-on individual contributor but is expected to help build the systems, strategy, and future team needed to support a growing global partnership effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in global missions, ministry partnerships, nonprofit leadership, digital ministry, or a related field; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience building or managing partnerships with churches, ministries, mission organizations, networks, or nonprofit organizations.
• Experience working with people from multiple cultures, countries, languages, or ministry contexts.
• Experience in digital ministry, online discipleship, digital evangelism, online communities, or digital marketing preferred.
• Experience living or working internationally preferred but not required.
• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Explore God’s ministry mission.
• A passion for digital evangelism, global missions, and helping people around the world know and follow Jesus.
• Ability and willingness to affirm and sign Explore God’s Statement of Faith and adhere to its ministry values.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and steward ministry partnerships across organizations, cultures, and ministry contexts.
• Strong relational and communication skills, with the ability to cast vision, ask thoughtful questions, listen well, and build trust with ministry leaders and partner organizations.
• Experience working in global missions, international ministry, cross-cultural nonprofit work, or a related field.
• Ability to think strategically while managing details, timelines, next steps, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong project management skills and ability to move complex partnership opportunities from conversation to execution.
• Understanding of digital ministry, digital marketing, online discipleship, or online response models.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including outreach, response/discipleship, leadership, content, and technology stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fully remote environment with partners and team members across time zones.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
