Role Description

In the role of Global Director, Strategic Partnerships – Microsoft, reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.

You will define and advance Jabra’s multi-year strategic partnership with Microsoft, connecting joint innovation, product integration, and go-to-market plans to measurable commercial outcomes.

• You will join Jabra’s Strategic Partnerships organization, which builds and develops relationships with technology partners that support Jabra’s portfolio, market position, and growth ambitions.
• The team works across product, engineering, sales, channel, marketing, and business leadership to turn ecosystem opportunities into differentiated customer experiences.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Define and deliver the global, multi-year strategy for Jabra’s partnership with Microsoft across hardware endpoints, unified communications, contact center, and AI platforms.
• Build executive alignment and governance across Jabra, GN business units where relevant, and Microsoft, establishing clear ownership and accountability from strategy through execution.
• Manage a global, cross-functional virtual team to advance joint innovation, differentiated use cases, product integrations, and pilots.
• Develop and execute joint business plans covering co-selling, marketing, field engagement, technology integration, and partner enablement.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support interoperability, certification, roadmap alignment, and valuable customer experiences.
• Identify new commercial models, ecosystem opportunities, and investment cases that support revenue growth, partner-influenced pipeline, and portfolio differentiation.
• Bring market, customer, platform, channel, and competitive insights into Jabra’s portfolio and corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bring extensive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise technology, product strategy, or related areas, including complex global technology partnerships.
• May have experience working with Microsoft or another global cloud, AI, collaboration, or platform company, including navigating a matrixed organization.
• Bring a solid understanding of enterprise collaboration, AI, unified communications, contact center, endpoint, and workplace technology markets.
• Have demonstrated experience connecting product integration, certification, field engagement, and joint go-to-market activity into a cohesive partnership plan.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and work well with others across product, engineering, sales, channel, marketing, and partner organizations, including without direct reporting authority.

Requirements

• This role includes travel of up to 25%, primarily to Microsoft locations in Seattle.

Benefits

• The target annual base salary for this position can range from $170,000.00 - $220,000.00, with a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of the fiscal year-end.
