Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic technology leader to drive growth, partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives within the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain. The Director will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, expanding client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading strategic technology initiatives across healthcare, pharma, biotech, medical devices, and digital health sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technology expertise, business development capabilities, industry knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to accelerate organizational growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of a dedicated healthcare and life sciences vertical for InterSources Inc.
• Define and execute enterprise go-to-market strategies for various technology offerings.
• Translate technical capabilities into executive-level business value propositions.
• Partner with various teams to shape solutions that address customer needs.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value offerings for scalable revenue models.
• Productize intellectual property into repeatable offerings.
• Build repeatable sales motions for platform-led growth.
• Lead strategic partnerships and alliance development.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and proposal content.
• Engage with senior enterprise buyers to understand needs and shape solutions.
• Assess market trends and competitive offerings to inform growth strategy.
• Provide strategic input into portfolio growth and capability expansion.
• Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities.
• Create business cases and financial models to support leadership decisions.
• Bridge commercial, clinical, operational, regulatory, and technical perspectives.
• Advise internal teams on healthcare and life sciences operations.
• Support executive leadership in strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Develop internal playbooks and enablement tools.
• Participate in leadership meetings and strategy sessions.
• Help recruit, mentor, and develop team members.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, medicine, life sciences, healthcare, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in healthcare and life sciences.
• Demonstrated ability to build go-to-market strategies.
• Deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence governance and cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions.
