[Hiring] Director of Revenue Strategy & Planning @Rula

Role Description

We’re hiring a Director of Revenue Strategy & Planning to own the operating model for one of Rula’s core B2B business units. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

• You’ll design how we grow: building the plan, modeling targets and capacity, defining the sales funnel, and turning performance data into clear decisions about where to focus.
• In practice, that means helping us move a promising B2B motion from “growth” to “scale” by sharpening ICP, improving economics, and making sure the team has a plan they trust and can execute against.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across revenue functions, with 5+ specifically in Sales Ops, RevOps, Strategy, or related GTM roles in B2B or B2B2C businesses
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Demonstrated expertise building and owning GTM plans (targets, quotas, territories, coverage models, or RoE) for SMB and Mid-Market sales teams
• Strong analytical skills; with an ability to derive insights from raw data, build/maintain forecasting models, understand funnel dynamics, and lead / co-lead pipeline reviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience creating executive-ready narratives and decks and translating trade-offs to non-technical audiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to land GTM decisions

Requirements

• Experience with B2B healthcare GTM motions
• Prior work in a multi-channel GTM environment (e.g., inbound + outbound + partner / alliances)
• Experience in a startup or high-growth, agile environment with shifting priorities
• Expertise with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and basic BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Hex, PowerBI)
• Experience supporting or running ICP tests and translating results into coverage or playbook changes
