Role Description

The Director is responsible for developing and executing full lifecycle win strategies to identify and close new business for the company. This position will be responsible for developing capture campaigns that include comprehensive strategies for:

• Customer engagement
• Teaming
• Solution development
• Stakeholder engagement
• Win plans
• Capture plans
• Key personnel acquisition
• Subject matter expertise
• Budget management

The Director will support proposal and business development teams by:

• Building and leading a pipeline of opportunities
• Creating and vetting win strategies
• Reviewing/developing proposal content
• Supporting other activities as needed

Qualifications

• Active Clearance (Secret, Top Secret) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
• Minimum 10 years of capture management experience preferably with security and risk management contracts
• Previous project or program management experience (preferred)
• Multi-disciplined experience leading winning U.S. Government captures (>$50M) for domestic, IC, and/or international opportunities
• Prior military or IC experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with capture tools (GovWin IQ, Salesforce, etc.)
• Proficient with government opportunity databases (SAM.gov, FPDS, etc.)
• Ability to synthesize requirements and present business cases for action/corporate response in a clear, concise, focused manner
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Computer proficient and experienced with the full Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM
