[Hiring] Director of Business Development @Agiliti

Role Description

This Director of Business Development position will support Agiliti’s strategic and business development activities with non-traditional healthcare partners and providers as well as one of the company’s Group Purchasing Organizations (Vizient). This is a dynamic position requiring the candidate to have a thorough understanding of general finance principles and a broad range of C-Level business-to-business partnering skills. This position is highly cross-functional and offers excellent exposure to finance, accounting, human resources, legal, IT, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• MBA or advancement toward MBA preferred.
• Minimum of two- or three-years’ experience with business analysis or similar function.
• Experience in healthcare industry.
• Ability to travel (including internationally) a significant portion of the time, sometimes for extended periods.

Requirements

• Develop strategies and relationships where partners serve as a sales extension of Agiliti.
• Assist in development and communication of Agiliti’s perspective on US healthcare markets and current and future trends.
• Participate in development and communication of company business strategy in US.
• Assist in development of Agiliti’s strategic approach to the market.
• Establish and develop relationships with strategic partners, primarily on the executive management level, identifying opportunities to provide additional services to existing customers, and develop relationships and opportunities with new customers.
• Focus on larger, national organizations where multiple service solutions will apply.
• Develop and promote service solutions that are reoccurring committed revenue.
• Align the Agiliti value proposition with like-minded service and consulting organizations.
• Set and drive accountability for internal budgets and goals with selling organization.
• Coordinates strategies and activities with Corporate Operations and Field Sales and Operations teams.
