Role Description

Desort is looking for a motivated Dental Business Development Specialist to help expand our network of dental practices and healthcare organizations nationwide. This is a flexible, results-driven opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with dental professionals, building relationships, identifying staffing needs, and developing new business partnerships. The ideal candidate is comfortable with outreach, enjoys speaking with decision-makers, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research dental practices, DSOs, specialty groups, and key decision-makers
• Initiate contact through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
• Develop relationships with practice owners, managers, and hiring teams
• Learn about current and future staffing needs
• Introduce Desort’s recruitment services and explain how we can support hiring
• Develop prospective client relationships from initial contact through partnership
• Follow up consistently and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Track outreach, leads, and business development activity
• Collaborate with Desort’s internal recruitment team to support client partnerships
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, healthcare, dental, or account management preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
• Confident speaking with practice owners and decision-makers
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and capable of managing a personal prospect pipeline
• Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
• Dental industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
