[Hiring] CTV Publisher Partnerships Lead @Sparteo

Role Description

This is a pure supply-side business development role: you sell Sparteo’s CTV monetization to the owners of the screens and the apps, not to advertisers. As an independent consultant working closely with our CTV and Supply leadership in Europe, you will be the tip of the spear for Sparteo’s CTV supply in the US.

Your mission is to leverage your existing network to open doors at CTV OEMs and leading CTV / FAST app publishers, sign long-term partnerships and grow the revenue they generate on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and approach smart TV manufacturers, streaming device makers and top CTV / FAST app publishers in the US. Pitch Sparteo’s CTV monetization stack and its value against their current setup.
• Deal Execution: Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements, working with our legal and business teams in Europe.
• Partner Launch: Coordinate onboarding with our integration and account management teams (VAST, app-ads.txt, ad pods) and follow the first months of performance until the partnership scales.
• Account Growth: Act as the primary US point of contact for your partners, monitor revenue and fill, and drive expansion (new apps, new formats, new markets).
• Market Feedback: Provide on-the-ground intelligence to Sparteo’s leadership on US CTV market dynamics, pricing expectations and competitor movements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or partnerships in AdTech or digital media, including at least 2-3 years focused on CTV in the US market.
• Active, warm relationships with decision-makers at CTV OEMs (Samsung, LG, Vizio, Roku, TCL...) and/or CTV and FAST app publishers with scale.
• Solid understanding of the CTV monetization ecosystem: SSPs and DSPs, SSAI, VAST, ad pods, app-ads.txt and supply chain transparency.
• A self-starter comfortable working autonomously as a 1099 Contractor, with a remote team based in Europe.
• A strategic thinker with an 'AI-native' reflex, excelling at deconstructing business complexity into flawless operational blueprints.
