[Hiring] Commission-Only Business Development Contractor @Task Talent Recruitment

Role Description

This is a commission-only contractor opportunity suited to someone with confidence in telesales, appointment setting or B2B business development. You'll research prospective organisations, reach out to decision-makers by phone, email or LinkedIn, and book qualified calls for our recruitment team. Contractors with recruitment sales experience have the option to progress to a full-cycle track, with a higher commission rate attached.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Identifying good-fit companies
• Opening conversations
• Qualifying interest
• Securing appointments

All activity is logged in our CRM, and if you'd rather see things through end-to-end, you can take on full-cycle client relationships through to placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, business development, or B2B sales
• Recruitment background is a plus, though not essential
• Confident written and verbal communicator
• Self-motivated, comfortable working without close supervision
• Based in the UK, with a working knowledge of CTPS/PECR — or willingness to get up to speed
