[Hiring] Commercial Excellence Manager @Arclin

Role Description

Arclin is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to support the rollout and management of commercial processes and to establish reporting and analytics capabilities that support the commercial organization. This position is focused on driving consistency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support rollout and ongoing management of commercial processes across the organization
• Manage reporting and establish analytics tied to all growth initiatives at a detailed level, including reporting tied to broad initiative and individual performance
• Via engagement of the commercial organization, own ongoing management of the Salesforce user experience and optimization in partnership with IT
• Manage the annual price increase process from planning through execution
• In conjunction with Product Management, establish reporting on customer/product price changes and trends
• Ensure all commercial team members complete relevant training on commercial processes and tools
• Follow up with team members on the use of established processes and address instances of noncompliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a technical or business concentration
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite, including ability to create advanced reporting in Excel
• Strong analytical skills with experience building and maintaining reporting and analytics
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow up effectively and hold others accountable to process
• Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote environment
