• Teaching core business strategy development, operations management, and process improvement.
• Helping clients build project management skills.
• Applying financial analysis, competitive analysis, and market research to real business decisions.
• Guiding clients on emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation.
• Supporting the career side with resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance.
• Providing interview prep, networking strategy, and negotiation skills tailored to operations and strategy roles.

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on experience in business operations or strategy (as an operations lead, strategy consultant, or industry professional).
• A strong track record of driving efficiency and growth.
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
